Cherese is a Policy/Foresight Analyst at the Office of the Prime Minister Trinidad and Tobago. She is responsible for inter alia the development of policy dossiers and threat assessments. In addition to an MBA obtained from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, she holds both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree from the University of the West Indies. Her academic achievements also span Policy, Foresight, and Business Continuity.
